Terms & Conditions – Nokia 5230 & Nokia 5233 "Launch" ("Program")

By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions that are applicable to this Program.

The Program is optional and valid for the customers who are interested in purchasing the new Nokia 5230 & Nokia 5233 and have confirmed this intent online on the web / mobile or through SMS between 31st December 2009 and 28th February 2010 to be contacted by a Nokia Priority Dealer assigned to them.

2.
|
The customers shall follow the instructions of the online or mobile registration form carefully and enter the necessary details.
|
|
3.
|
Customers interested in purchasing the device need to intimate the Nokia Priority Dealer assigned by Nokia regarding the same.
|
|
4.
|
The Nokia Priority Dealers have the final & binding decision on the offer price to the customers which may be less than the maximum retail price.
|
|
5.
|
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with their Nokia Priority Dealer for the best buy price.
|
|
6.
|
Customer willing to send a SMS to any number mentioned in this website has to bear the cost for the same. Respective Operator charges applicable, e.g Airtel, Idea and Vodafone : Rs. 3 per SMS; MTNL/BSNL : Rs. 1.20 per SMS.

Nokia India Private Limited reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these conditions at any time without giving any notice and in such event Nokia shall not have any liability whatsoever.

Nokia India Private Limited shall have the right to cancel this Program at any time for any reason.

You submit the information at your own risk and Nokia shall not be liable to you in any manner for any reason whatsoever. Nokia presumes that the email address, mobile number and the information provided by you are correct. Nokia will not be responsible for any errors in this respect in any manner.

By submitting your information in the registration form over the internet, wap or mobile, you hereby agree and consent to Nokia retaining and using all the data/information submitted by you in the registration form for sales, marketing and promotional purposes and to furnishing of such data/information to Nokia affiliates and its agents for such purposes.

Nokia India Private Limited is not liable for any and all other costs or expenses in relation to the Program which are to be borne by the customer personally including, without any limitation.

|
Nokia India Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever if incurred in connection with the Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13.
|
This Program is applicable only for the residents of India.
|
|
14.
|
You shall be deemed to have made yourself fully aware and accepted all terms and conditions in case you choose to register for the Program.
